The short version: every piece is made to order, so we do not take change-of-mind returns. If your order arrives damaged or wrong, we replace it free within 30 days of delivery. Photos to marketing@moralora.com and we handle it.

Print on demand, no change-of-mind returns
Every DRUNK DAME piece is printed, framed, and packed for you the moment you place the order. Nothing sits on a shelf waiting. That model is the reason the work stays sharp and the line stays tight, and it is also the reason we cannot accept returns for change of mind, wrong size, or "I thought it would look different on the wall."
Measure twice. Check the size guide on the product page. If you want a sanity check before ordering, email marketing@moralora.com with the wall dimensions and we will tell you what we would hang.
Damaged or wrong on arrival: free replacement
If your piece arrives damaged in transit, in the wrong size, with the wrong frame color, or with a print defect: we replace it free.
Window: 30 days from the day the carrier marks your order delivered.
How to claim:
- Email marketing@moralora.com with your order number.
- Attach clear photos showing the damage or the issue (the front of the piece, the damaged area in close-up, and the shipping box if the box itself is damaged).
- We respond within one business day with next steps.
What happens next: we ship a replacement at our cost, usually within two business days of approving the claim. You do not need to ship the damaged piece back. Keep it or recycle it, your call.
If the same SKU is unavailable, we will offer the closest equivalent, store credit, or a full refund. Your pick.
Refund processing
When we issue a refund, it goes back to your original payment method. Processing on our side takes up to two business days. Your bank or card issuer then takes 5 to 10 business days to post it. Worst case, count on 10 business days from approval to seeing the money.
If it has been longer than 10 business days and you do not see the refund, write to marketing@moralora.com with your order number and we will trace it.
We do not offer cash refunds, check refunds, or refunds to a different card than the one you paid with. That is a fraud prevention rule, not a power play.
What is not covered
- Damage caused after delivery (drops, spills, pets, sun fade after weeks on a south-facing wall).
- Cosmetic variation between the on-screen mockup and the physical piece that falls inside normal print-to-order tolerance.
- "I changed my mind."
- "I wanted a different size."
- Orders flagged for fraud, chargeback abuse, or repeat damage claims with no photo evidence.
- Gift cards. Final sale.
Stolen or marked-delivered packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered and it is not there: check with neighbors, your building, and the mailroom first (it almost always turns up within 48 hours). If it does not, email us within 7 days of the "delivered" scan and we will work with the carrier to file a claim. See the Shipping Policy for the lost-in-transit replacement terms.
The 20K Offer
This is a separate promotion, not the standard refund path. Read it carefully.
The offer: if you post a video of your DRUNK DAME piece on a public social platform, tag @drunkdame, and the video earns 20,000 or more organic views verified through that platform's native analytics, we will refund your full order in cash to the original payment method. You keep the piece.
The fine print:
- One refund per buyer, ever. Not per order. Per person. We track this.
- One eligible video per claim. Aggregating views across multiple posts does not count.
- Organic views only. No paid boosts, no promoted posts, no ads, no view bots, no purchased engagement. We will check.
- Verified analytics. You will need to send us a screenshot or short screen recording of the native platform analytics showing the view count and the audience source breakdown, from the account that posted the video.
- The video has to actually feature the piece. A photo slideshow with one frame in the background does not count. The piece should be visible and identifiable for a meaningful portion of the video.
- Tagged correctly. @drunkdame in the caption or on-video tag. If we cannot find the post by searching the tag, we cannot verify it.
- Public account, public post. Private accounts and private posts cannot be verified.
- Submission window: within 90 days of the video crossing 20,000 views.
- How to claim: email marketing@moralora.com with subject line "20K Offer," include your order number, the link to the video, and the analytics screenshot.
- We reserve the right to decline any claim where we have reasonable grounds to suspect bot activity, paid amplification, view manipulation, or any other gaming of the spirit of the offer.
- Tax: the refund is the cost of your order. You are responsible for any tax implications on your end if any.
- We may end or modify this offer at any time. Orders placed before the offer ends remain eligible.
The offer exists because we would rather pay a customer for genuine reach than pay an agency for fake reach. Make something worth watching and we will make it worth your while.
