Shipping Policy

The short version: made and shipped from the US. Free shipping over $75. Production takes 3 to 5 business days, delivery another 3 to 8. United States only for now.
Where we ship
United States only at launch. All 50 states, DC, US territories, PO boxes, and APO/FPO military addresses.
We are not currently shipping internationally. If you are outside the US and want to be notified when international shipping goes live, join the email list at drunkdame.com. We will tell you the day it opens.
Where it ships from
Every piece is printed, framed, and packed in the United States by our US fulfillment partners. Nothing crosses an ocean to reach you.
What it costs
- Orders $75 and up: free standard shipping.
- Orders under $75: standard shipping calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination. You see the exact number before you pay.
We do not currently offer paid expedited shipping. If you need a piece by a specific date and the standard window is tight, email marketing@moralora.com before ordering and we will tell you what is realistic.
How long it takes
Two stages, both on business days (Monday through Friday, US federal holidays excluded).
Production: 3 to 5 business days. Every piece is made to order. From the moment you place the order, our print partner needs three to five business days to produce, frame, quality-check, and pack it.
Delivery: 3 to 8 business days. Once it ships, standard ground delivery runs three to eight business days depending on where you are. West Coast addresses tend to land in three to five. East Coast in five to eight. Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories run longer.
Total order-to-door window: roughly 6 to 13 business days. Plan accordingly for gifts and deadlines.
Tracking
You will get a tracking number by email the moment your order leaves the print floor. Tracking updates can take 12 to 24 hours to populate after the email lands, which is normal. If it has not moved in 3 business days, write to us.
Lost in transit
If tracking has not updated in 14 days from the last scan, the package is considered lost. Email marketing@moralora.com with your order number and we will ship a replacement at our cost. No return required, no fee, no argument.
If the carrier marks a package delivered and it is not there, see the Refund Policy section on stolen or marked-delivered packages. Short version: check with neighbors first, email us within 7 days if it does not surface.
Damaged in transit
Photograph it, email marketing@moralora.com with the photo and your order number, and we will ship a replacement. Full damage terms are in the Refund Policy.
Address accuracy
We ship to the address on the order. Once an order is in production, we cannot change the address. Double-check the shipping address before you place the order, especially apartment numbers, unit suites, and zip codes.
If a package gets returned to us because the address was wrong or undeliverable as entered, we will email you to confirm the correct address and reship at our cost the first time. Repeat address errors on the same order may incur reshipping fees.
Multiple items in one order
Multiple pieces in a single order may ship in separate packages depending on size and production timing. You will get a tracking number for each shipment. Free shipping still applies to the entire order, not per package.
Sales tax
We collect sales tax in states where we are required to. Tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
Carriers
Standard shipping is handled by USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on size, weight, and destination. The carrier is chosen by our fulfillment partner for the most reliable delivery to your address. You cannot request a specific carrier.
Holiday shipping
Production and delivery windows expand around major US holidays (late November through late December especially). We post specific holiday cutoff dates at the top of the site in November. If you are ordering for a December deadline, order by the posted cutoff or write to us first.
