These are the terms you agree to when you use drunkdame.com or buy anything from us. By using the site or placing an order, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site. We will all be happier.

Mora Lora LLC, doing business as DRUNK DAME ("we," "us," "our") sells femme-forward art prints printed and shipped on demand from the United States.

Eligibility

You need to be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. You also need the legal capacity to enter a contract. If you are buying on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

Account use

You can shop as a guest or create an account. If you create an account:

Keep your password to yourself.
Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access at marketing@moralora.com.
You are responsible for activity under your account.

We may suspend or close any account for fraud, abuse, chargeback patterns, or behavior toward our team that crosses a line. We will tell you why.

Purchases

When you place an order, you make us an offer. We accept it when we charge your payment method and send you an order confirmation. Until that happens, we can refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, suspected fraud, stock issues, or shipping restrictions.

Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes unless stated. Sales tax is calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address. Shipping fees, if any, appear at checkout. See the Shipping Policy for details.

Payment is processed at the time you place the order. If your payment is declined, the order will not be created.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, restrict orders that look like resale, and decline orders from regions we cannot ship to.

Pricing errors

We do our best to keep prices accurate. If a product is listed with an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after confirmation. We will not be obligated to honor a price that is clearly wrong.

Product representations

Color, paper texture, and frame finish are represented as accurately as our mockups allow. Monitors vary. Real-world pieces will read slightly differently than they do on your screen. This is normal.

Every piece is printed and finished to order. Minor variation between units is part of the process and is not a defect.

Intellectual property

All artwork, copy, photography, video, code, and design on drunkdame.com is owned by DRUNK DAME or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, scrape, train models on, or redistribute any of it without written permission.

When you buy a print, you buy the physical object. You do not get a license to the underlying image. You can hang it, photograph it for your own use, gift it, and resell the physical piece. You cannot reproduce it, mass-print it, or commercialize the image.

If you upload anything to us (photos for damage claims, reviews, tagged social posts), you grant DRUNK DAME a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content for marketing, customer service, and operational purposes. You can revoke this for future use by writing to marketing@moralora.com. Past use stays as-is.

Our brand name, logo, and visual identity are trademarks of DRUNK DAME. Hands off without written permission.

User conduct

Do not use the site to:

Break the law.
Infringe anyone's intellectual property.
Send malware, scrape at scale, or probe for vulnerabilities.
Harass our team or other customers.
Place fraudulent orders or chargebacks.

We can ban, block, and pursue legal action against anyone who does.

Disclaimers

The site and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow these disclaimers, in which case they apply to the maximum extent allowed.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DRUNK DAME, its founders, employees, and vendors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death and personal injury caused by our negligence.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold DRUNK DAME harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict of laws rules. You and DRUNK DAME agree that any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

We both waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action. Disputes will be resolved on an individual basis only.

If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest stays in force.

Changes

We may update these terms. The "last updated" date at the top tells you when. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms. Material changes will be flagged at checkout or by email.
